What is 'Snagging'?
Snagging is the process of inspecting and identifying any defects/faults or ‘snags’ within your new-build home. Builders and developers are under increasing pressure to build houses faster than ever before. As a result, some corners can be cut in the house building process, often in areas that aren’t visible to the naked eye. At Quality Snagging Company, our inspectors are qualified and trained to NHBC standards and are highly experienced in the house building process. Therefore, we know exactly what to look for. We will conduct a detailed report for you with photographs of each snag we have found, where it is and what will need to be done to correct this. You can then pass on the report directly to your builder to ask them to rectify this. We strongly believe that our inspection will protect your investment, as it could save you thousands in the long run.
